While there, Rubens was instrumental in helping transform the Wall Street retail corridor with the successful leasing of Equinox Fitness, Tend Dental, Canali, Thomas Pink, Haru, TJ Maxx, Starbucks, Sweetgreen, Tumi, UPS, USPS.

In recent years, he has represented many of Manhattan’s most prominent entrepreneurial and institutional owners, including LeFrak, Rockpoint Group, ABS, Angelo Gordon, Capstone Equities, The Carlyle Group, Green Oak, Himmel + Meringoff Properties, Madison Capital, Silverstein Properties, SL Green and others.
